Doctor Nasi was excellent. Very thorough and asked lots of questions. The only problem to be aware of is in Ireland all the pharmacies use a secure email system. They insist on the prescription being emailed directly to them. They will not accept the patient displaying or printing the prescription. Unless the Doctors in the EU send the prescription email from an accredited health care provider email address the email is blocked. This causes a lot of problems and can result in the consultation being a waste of money as the prescription can’t be filled. There is a new service in Ireland that has exploited this weakness by offering to receive the prescription, vet it and send it to the pharmacy directly using the secure email system. They charge €20 for the privilege thereby negating the good value of Doctorsa. This will hamper your business in Moreland and needs to be rectified. Other than that the service is excellent and Doctor Nasi was very good.

The appointment was great and she understood what prescriptions I needed. Unfortunately, the Tramadol painkiller she prescribed could not be filled--it needed a special scan code?--but we got an NSAID and combined it with paracetamol. Appreciated the quick appointment.
